White UPVC conservatory

New roof last year costing over £1000 which is 35mm polycarbonate with internal reflective strips to help keep the heat of the sun out in the summer and retain the heat inside in the winter.
We are selling now because we are having an extention built on the side of our house so the conservatory is no longer required.
It has double doors leading out and can be accessed through your patio doors or, as you can see from the 3rd picture, we can access from the side via our kitchen. Another panel could be added here by the buyer if this access point is not required.
Ideally the buyer will dismantle immediatley after the auction ends in order to see how it all goes together, but as we need to take it down for the next stage of the new extension, it might be part dismantled prior to the auction end.
With this in mind we would welcome any viewings by prior arrangement through e-bay.
The sale will be Cash on Collection only - Buyer must dismantle and remove immediatley after the auction ends.
